Look like a Collective

• We eat what we serve. To understand what our collectives go through, we're allowed to take a day / month to work on external project (NGO...) using our tool
• When we don't have internal ressources to do one job, we ask our collectives
• We have the same charter. Transparency by design, horizontality by structure, teamwork by purpose.

Make it fun

• Work is a big part of our life, so make it fun. We work with people with whom we enjoy taking a drink with.
• We organise at least 1 company event a month to gather together.
• We throw our famous Collecteuf every 2 months. Where our collectives are invited and where we celebrate success.
