Product Story

Our product has an appealing story and stands as a unique use case in eFounders products building stories.

We started to run our features manually: attracting collectives, showcasing their services to clients in-demand, gathering needs from clients and running their back-office with our hands. Therefore,

• We manually designed 500+ proposals (iterating on their forms, asking client feedbacks,...)
• We manually sent 100+ invoices (various deposit amounts, wide array of values, different currencies,...)
• We manually drafted single contracts (iterating on the clauses, trying different models,...)
• We manually handled 100+ complex payments (various numbers of recipients, various types of breakdowns,...)
• We manually generated public pages, case-studies,...

To manage all those operations, we built a nocode tool to gather data, manage all those workflows.

In parallel, we designed product wireframes to build a product managing & automating everything we had seen on the ground

We are now implementing part of these features in a reliable & scalable product. We already developed the features around collaborative proposal generation, that we released in an alpha version.
